Narley Cashwell REALTOR®

Home ownership is not only an investment. It is also pride in yourself and your future. It is a sense of accomplishment which allows one to see the fruits to their labor, hopes, and dreams. The home buying process is an exciting time and as an agent, he always strives to make the process a rewarding endeavor.
Narley has lived in Wake County since his early childhood. He grew up in Fuquay-Varina and has lived in the Willow Springs and different locations in the Raleigh area. He has seen Raleigh grow and change over the past 40 years. His law enforcement career has allowed Narley to serve the citizens of Raleigh and gives him a unique perspective of Raleigh and all it has to offer.
Narley graduated from Appalachian State University with a criminal justice degree and returned to Raleigh to start a career in law enforcement. The son of a Superior Court Judge, Narley quickly learned the moral attributes of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and fairness. Narley recounts advice that his father bestowed upon him right before he was going off to college. His dad told him that he wanted Narley to find his own path but, in whatever path he chose, to be the best at his chosen career and make that career more effective and efficient. He took that advice and applied it to his career in law enforcement. He now applies those same principles to his Real Estate career.
Being a police officer for 28 years and reaching the rank of Captain, has taught Narley leadership, through loyalty, service, problem-solving, mentoring and community engagement. Police work, like real estate, creates relationships between the client/citizen and the real estate agent/officer. One of Narley’s mantras is do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason. Honesty, dignity, respect, and trust is the only way to treat people. Narley is excited to be a real estate professional and instill these principles in the way he treats his clients. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person or family can make. Narley knows Raleigh and Wake County better than most and can aid his clients with his experience to make the best decision possible. He is not here to make decisions for his client but use his experience to be forthcoming with all available information so individuals can make the best decision for themselves and their family. Narley looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals of home-ownership.
