For someone like me with a fairly stable lifestyle, real estate services come around pretty infrequently. Recently, when upgrading from my condominium to a single family house became available to me, I come to realize that there are countless numbers of real estate agents, brokers and websites out there to choose from making my desire to upgrade very daunting. Fortunately for me I had crossed paths with Justin when he was entering the real estate business and therefore I began to ask him whether there was anything out there for me. Justin began with developing an understanding of my desired needs and resources, explaining in general the process of buying a property and selling my condo and then began sending me lists of properties as they came on the market that seemed to meet my requirements. He made himself available to visit with me properties that interested me, we would discuss the pros and cons of the properties and then he would refine the property list accordingly. I found a property that I liked and Justin explained the details in purchasing and selling real estate, managed the cost comparisons, the offer, the attorneys, the due diligence and all the other things to legally purchase and sell a property, making the process smooth and easy for me. I am very satisfied with my new place, the sale of my condo and with everything Justin did to make all this happen. We were struggling with our real estate agent and were looking for a new one.  Being that we were only in the area for about 18 months and did not know of any personally, we used the UpNest program for suggestions.  The UpNest program suggested 5 agents.  I emailed all of them and based on initial responses, we set up interviews with 3 of them.  Our plans changed slightly and delayed the switching of agents but 3 potential new agents kept in touch with us.  Of the 3 we interviewed, Aimee seemed like the most relatable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can definitely say that I really appreciated your patience.  I never felt rushed or pressured into making an offer on a house that I didn't want, but when I did decide you were always on top of things making sure that inspections got scheduled and following up with the bank, arranging to have someone else come out to give me a second opinion, etc.  As a buyer I felt like you were always looking out for my best interest, not just trying to make sure that you got the sale.  When we went to look at houses or when it was actually time to do the rest of the inspection and other processes, I felt like you gave me your time instead of constantly being on the phone with other clients/agents (as my friend's Realtor was).

Amana Viele is the best real estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing. My husband and I traveled from out of state and had two agents based on the areas of NC we were thinking of moving. Amanda was superior. She provided so much advice and input.
