University Park Neighborhood in Raleigh Description
University Park is a collaboration of many neighborhoods that are all located inside the beltline of Raleigh. The neighborhoods in Oberlin Village, Fairmont, Bagwell, Beaver Dam, Wilmont, Dixie Forest and Forest Hills, University Park is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Raleigh. Homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1930's, 40's and 50's. Some homes have been torn down and news homes have been built but are within keeping to the old neighborhood charm.

University Park is located in west central Raleigh. The bordering streets are Wade Avenue to the north, Oberlin Road/ Cameron Village to the east, Hillsborough Street to the south and Faircloth/ Meredith College to the west. Click here for a full map
